Authentic Pause is guided by Daniela Kaleva, PhD — a reflective practice researcher and musicologist, contemplative practitioner, and accredited meditation teacher.
Her work bridges research, contemplative practices, lived awareness, and leadership — informed by decades of study, teaching, and personal inquiry into rhythm, presence, and conscious action.
Daniela holds Authentic Pause as a grounded, non-dogmatic practice — one that respects both inner depth and the realities of modern life.
